SECOND EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT FOR AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE SERVICES BETWEEN iTHINK <br />FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION ("ATM OWNER") AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ("COUNTY") <br />THIS SECOND EXTENSION to the Agreement for Automated Teller Machine Services is entered into this 18th <br />day of August, 2020, by and between ATM OWNER and COUNTY. <br />BACKGROUND RECITALS <br />A. On July 12, 2016, OCULINA BANK and COUNTY entered into the Agreement for Automated Teller Machine <br />Services (the "Agreement"). <br />B. Effective April 1, 2019, Oculina Bank merged with IBM Southeast Employees' Credit Union, and operated <br />as "IBM Southeast Employees' Credit Union." <br />C. On September 17, 2019, Parties executed the First Extension to the Agreement for the period August 16, <br />2019 through August 15, 2020. <br />D, Effective March 2, 2020, IBM Southeast Employees' Credit Union changed its name to 1THINK Financial <br />Credit Union." <br />E, Paragraph 6 of the Agreement contains the term and renewal provisions. <br />F. Pursuant to the Agreement, the parties desire to renew the Agreement by this Second Extension. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertakings herein, and other good and valuable <br />consideration, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this Second Extension. <br />2. The Agreement for Automated Teller Machine Services is hereby extended from August 16, 2020 until <br />August 15, 2021. <br />3.
