TERMINATION OF STREET LIGHTING AGREEMENT <br />THIS TERMINATIO OF STREET LIGHTING AGREEMENT ("Termination") is entered <br />into as of the 16-' day of,)�, 2020 by and between Indian River County, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, whose address is <br />1801 271" Street, Vero Beach, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "County", and Glendale Industrial Park, <br />Inc., a Florida For Profit Corporation, whose address is 680 Old Dixie Highway, Vero Beach, FL 32962, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Association": <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, on April 17, 1990, Association executed a Street Lighting Agreement for the purpose <br />of obtaining the necessary energy and street lighting systems from the City of Vero Beach for lighting <br />described as follows: <br />Six (6) 100 watt high pressure luminaries to be located along 8" Court. <br />WHEREAS, FPL has taken over the City of Vero Beach electric utility; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties wish to terminate the Street Lighting Agreement so that the Association <br />can directly contract such services with FPL, <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertakings herein stated and other good <br />and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree, <br />as follows: <br />1. Recitals. The above recitals are true and correct and are incorporated herein. <br />2. Termination of Street Lighting Agreement.
