<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />This County Deed, made this 1st day of September , 2020, between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
<br />FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 1801 27'h Street, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida, 32960, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and ANTHONY BRUCE and CYNTHIA BRUCE, his
<br />wife, whose address is 12455 Roseland Road, Sebastian, Florida 32958, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
<br />WITNESSETH that said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and
<br />other good and valuable considerations to said Grantor in hand paid by said grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the
<br />following described land, situate, lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS
<br />REFERENCE MADE A PART HEREOF
<br />Subject to all restrictions, easements, covenants, rights of way and reservations of record, if any, but this
<br />provision shall not operate to reimpose the same.
<br />CONDITIONS: This County Deed is given upon the condition that all terms and provisions of that certain
<br />Easement between Anthony Bruce and Cynthia Bruce and certain other individuals as named in such Easement
<br />recorded in OR Book , Page , public records of Indian River County, Florida remain in full force
<br />and effect, and the property is unified with the property owned by Grantee located at 12455 Roseland Road,
<br />Sebastian, Florida 32958.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto set Grantor's hand and seal the day
<br />written.
