Attachment A - Work Order No. 5 <br />Oyster Bar Trail Improvements - Parking and <br />Driveway Construction Administration - <br />Coastal Waterways Design & Engineering LLC <br />WORK ORDER No. 5 <br />Oyster Bar Trail Improvements <br />Parking and Driveway Construction Administration <br />Coastal Engineering Services <br />Project Number: IRC - <br />This Work Order Number 5 is entered into as of this 18 day of August <br />2020, pursuant to that certain Continuing Architectural Services Agreement for Professional <br />Services entered into as of the 17t' day of April, 2018 (collectively referred to as the <br />"Agreement"), by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida ("COUNTY") and Coastal Waterways Design & Engineering LLC ("CONSULTANT"). <br />The COUNTY has selected the CONSULTANT to perform the professional services set forth <br />on Exhibit A (Scope of Work), attached to this Work Order and made part hereof by this <br />reference. The professional services will be performed by the CONSULTANT for the fee schedule <br />set forth in Exhibit B (Fee Schedule), attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this <br />reference. The CONSULTANT will perform the professional services within the timeframe more <br />particularly set forth in Exhibit C (Time Schedule), attached to this Work Order and made a part <br />hereof by this reference all in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the <br />Agreement. Pursuant to paragraph 1.4 of the Agreement, nothing contained in any Work Order <br />shall conflict with the terms of the Agreement and the terms of the Agreement shall be deemed <br />to be incorporated in each individual Work Order as if fully set forth herein. <br />EXHIBIT A - SCOPE OF WORK <br />Oyster Bar Trail Improvements Parking and Driveway Construction Administration <br />Task 1- Construction Administration Services: <br />COASTAL WATERWAYS shall attend the pre-bid meeting. COASTAL WATERWAYS shall assist the <br />OWNER in answering technical questions of potential bidder's and shall assist the OWNER in <br />issuing technical clarification for one (1) addendum, if necessary. <br />COASTAL WATERWAYS shall conduct an on-site pre -construction meeting with the OWNER and <br />the selected contractor. COASTAL WATERWAYS shall review shop drawings and up to two (2) <br />change orders if necessary. COASTAL WATERWAYS shall make six (6) site visits during the <br />construction period (estimated to be 6 to 8 weeks). In addition, COASTAL WATERWAYS shall <br />make a final site observation and submit signed and sealed certifications, and provide as -built <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
