Stat. 255.05(1)(a), and be substantially in the format shown on the first page following this <br />instruction. <br />The Public Construction Bond shall be in the form suggested by Fla. Stat. 255.05(3) as shown on the <br />second page following this instruction. <br />A Power of Attorney from a surety insurer authorized to do business in Florida, authorizing the signature <br />of the Attorney in Fact who executes the Public Construction Bond shall accompany that Bond. <br />Page 35 of 39 <br />
