BAilTON <br />CLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER CO., fLA <br />Connfirminq (Third Reso.) 2/20/91(ENG)RES3.MAG\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92- 101 <br />A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />�. <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING <br />'-04, THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND <br />' <br />t DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO 33RD AVENUE SW <br />C3 <br />` BETWEEN 13TH STREET SW AND 15TH STREET SW IN <br />GROVENOR ESTATES SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County adopted by Resolution No. 92-87, providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 33rd Avenue SW between <br />13th Street SW and 15th Street SW in Grovenor Estates <br />Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which <br />w <br />said special assessments shall be made and how said special <br />assessments are to be paid; and <br />rU <br />C <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />Section 11-46, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County passed Resolution No. 92-88, on June 23. 1992, which <br />set a time and place for a public hearing at which the owners <br />of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons <br />would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints <br />as to said project and said special assessments, and for the <br />Board to act as required by Section 11-47, Indian River County <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public <br />hearing was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal <br />Newspaper on June 30, 1992, and July 7, 1992, (twice one week <br />apart, and the last being at least one week prior to the <br />hearing), as required by Section 11-46, Indian River County <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at <br />least ten days prior to the hearing, as required by Section <br />CD <br />11-46, Indian River County Code; and <br />lU <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />W <br />County on Tuesday, July 14, 1992 9:05 A.M. conducted the <br />-o <br />public hearing with regard to the special assessments, <br />Zn <br />iJl <br />1 This t'o••tunient uas Nlrelmr-ml by <br />and t,boulti be retteruod to <br />the Comity ensln+lrls orfieD, <br />184.0 251h St., Vero Beaeh, <br />Florida 32960 <br />
