Time and Place (Second Reso.) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92- 1 n 7 <br />7/6/92(legal)Vk/DC <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH <br />THE OWNERS OF PROPERTIES LOCATED IN <br />GLENDALE LAKES SUBDIVISION (NORTH OF STH <br />STREET TO 10TH STREET), AND OTHER <br />INTERESTED PERSONS, MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE <br />HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABIL- <br />ITY OF CONSTRUCTING WATER SERVICE TO <br />GLENDALE LAKES SUBDIVISION (NORTH OF 8TH <br />STREET TO 10TH STREET), AS TO THE COST <br />THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT <br />THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF <br />TO BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH <br />PROPERTY BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has, by Resolution No. 92- 10g, determined that it is <br />necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of the county, and <br />particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within <br />the area described hereafter, that a waterline be installed in <br />approximately 66 platted and 6 non -platted properties hereinafter <br />described; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be specially <br />assessed with respect thereto shall be $0.134863 per square foot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an <br />assessment roll to be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Section 11-46, Indian River County Code, requires that <br />the Board of County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at which <br />the owners of the properties to be assessed or any other persons <br />interested therein may appear before the Board of County <br />Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of <br />constructing such water main extension, as to the cost thereof, as to <br />the manner of payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be <br />assessed against each property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1.
