BARTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 -99 CLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br />C <br />- — INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA <br />C <br />A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING <br />C <br />THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND <br />DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO 3RD PLACE BETWEEN <br />32ND AVENUE AND 35TH AVENUE IN EMERSON PARK <br />SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County adopted by Resolution No. 92-91, providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 3rd Place between 32nd <br />Avenue and 35th Avenue in Emerson Park Subdivision; and <br />a <br />c <br />c <br />w <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which <br />- <br />said special assessments shall be made and how said special <br />N <br />assessments are to be paid; and <br />cn <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />Section 11-46, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County passed Resolution No. 92-92, on June 23, 1992, which <br />set a time and place for a public hearing at which the owners <br />of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons <br />would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints <br />as to said project and said special assessments, and for the <br />Board to act as required by Section 11-47, Indian River County <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public <br />hearing was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal <br />Newspaper on June 30, 1992, and July 7, 1992, (twice one week <br />apart, and the last being at least one week prior to the <br />hearing), as required by Section 11-46, Indian River County <br />Cade; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at <br />0 <br />O <br />least ten days prior to the hearing, as required by Section <br />t:rJ <br />11-46, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County on Tuesday, July 14, 1992 9:05 A.M. conducted the <br />Jr <br /> <br />public hearing with regard to the special assessments, <br />1 This (!ocntncnt was prepared by <br />aucl should be returnetl to <br />the COLA" T"y F wlweeRS oFr- cC <br />184.0 25th St., Vero Beach, <br />Florida 32960 <br />
