RENEWAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br />This lease renewal entered into this 15th day of September , 2020, by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, "Landlord" and Nick Pappas & Ember <br />Pappas "Tenant" do hereby agree to renew the Lease Agreement dated March 17th, 2020. <br />The renewal term of the lease is for (6) six months.
