MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 24. Recordation of Agreement -,Upon completion of execution of this Agreement, by Developer. and Service Company, Service Company shall, at Developer's expense, cause this Ag-eement to be recorded with the Clerk of the Court of Indian River County. ® 25. The rights, privileges, obligations and covenants Of Developer and Service Company shall survive the completion Of the work of Developer with respect to completing the facilities and services to any>developmeht. phase and to the Property as a whole. 26.
