Attachment A <br />B) Culinary Operations Apprenticeship <br />a. 4 courses and Full Time Job* <br />I. Introduction to Foodservice <br />ii. Food Preparation 1 <br />iii. Sanitation Certification <br />iv. *On the Job Training (OJT). We will assist students getting a full time job in the culinary <br />field in our county if they are interested AND PASS a required drug test before <br />placement <br />b. Students tuition is paid for by the state BUT we will need $950 per student to cover course <br />textbooks, materials, and their culinary accessories including working clothes and equipment <br />c. Students should continue on with the program to its completion in the spring and summer of <br />2021. <br />d. Courses will begin the week of October 5 and finish December 7, 2021. They will be divided into <br />segments based on enrollment and OJT training and time <br />C) Corporate and Career Training Institute Courses <br />a. There are 11 courses all with certifications attached to successful completion. <br />b. All offerings and tuition costs are attached on a separate page <br />c. Courses can be offered beginning October 15th and run until December 7a'- 2020.
