Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall bear the name <br />and address of the bidder on the outside and the words " INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />COURTHOUSE PARKING GARAGE REHABILITATION and Bid No. 2020056". Bids should <br />be addressed to Purchasing Division, Room 131-301, 1800 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida <br />32960. All bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. All bids received after 2:00 <br />P.M., on the day specified above, will not be accepted or considered. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. IRC -1801A <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BID NO. 2020056 <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed improvements to the IRC Courthouse Parking <br />Garage include repair of spalled concrete, rehabilitation of stair structures, replacement of <br />existing parking deck expansion joints, replace existing joint sealant materials, install new <br />traffic coating, and restripe parking spaces and traffic markings. Also includes the <br />replacement of existing drain bowl clamping rings, trench drain liner and the removal of <br />existing metal door frames. All work shall conform to current local and state building code <br />requirements. <br />All material and equipment furnished and all work performed shall be in strict accordance with <br />the plans, specifications, and contract documents pertaining thereto.
