RENEWAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br />This lease renewal entered into this 13th day of October , 2020, by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, "Landlord" and Paul Edward <br />Thompson & Rennie Sue Thompson "Tenant' do hereby agree to renew the Lease Agreement <br />dated October 28, 2019. The renewal term of the lease is for (4) four months.
