Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final July 14, 2020 <br />15.6.1. 20-1739 Amendment No. 1 to Landfill Gas Agreement with Indian River EcoDistrict <br />Recommended Action: Staff recommends the Solid Waste Disposal District Board approve the <br />following: a) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Landfill Gas Agreement with <br />the Indian River Eco -District, LLC; and, b) Authorize the Chairman to execute <br />the same, as presented <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Amendment No. 1 to the LFG Agreement <br />There was no discussion regarding this item. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner O'Bryan, seconded by Commissioner <br />Solari, to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Adams, Vice Chairman Flescher, Commissioner Zorc, Commissioner <br />O'Bryan, and Commissioner Solari <br />15.13.2. 20-1740 Fourteenth Amendment to Republic Services <br />Recommended Action: Solid Waste Disposal District staff recommends that its Board approve the <br />following: a) Approve the Fourteenth Amendment to Republic Services <br />landfill contract for the additional landfill gas operation and maintenance <br />services; and, b) Authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Fourteenth Amendment to Republic Services <br />There was no discussion regarding this item. <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Flescher, seconded by Commissioner <br />O'Bryan, to approve staffs recommendation.
