Based on the foregoing, the Agreement represents a reasonable compromise of <br />divergent positions and filly resolves all of the issues raised in the Gulfand FPL 'SPP proceedings; <br />Docket Nos. 202007Ml and 20200071 -El, respectively, and partially resolves significant matters <br />in the SPPCRC proceeding, Docket No, 2020009 -EI. Considered as a whole, the Agreement <br />fairly anis reasonably balances the interests of customers and the utilities, and is consistent with. <br />the stated purpose and intent of Section 366.96, F.S.
