The "centerpiece" of the 2020 Agreement is a proposal under which Tampa Electric <br />will ;reduce its :b'ase. rates by ;ant agreed-upon -amount and will recover all SPP -related 'costs (with <br />limited exceptions) through the Storm Protection Plan Cost Recovery 'Clause ("SPPCRC7.), <br />Docuinerit No. 02227=2020, at¶ 2. <br />4.
