<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
<br />CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN
<br />CONNECTION WITH WATER SERVICE TO GLENDALE
<br />LAKES SUBDIVISION (NORTH OF STH STREET TO
<br />10TH STREET) AND PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL
<br />ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD.

<br />Section 11-53, Indian River County Code; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was
<br />published in the Press Journal Newspaper on Tuesday, July 28, 1992,
<br />and Tuesday, August 4, 1992 (twice one week apart; the last being at
<br />least one week prior to the hearing), as required by Section 11-52,
<br />Indian River County Code; and
<br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least
<br />ten days prior to the hearing, as required by Section 11-52, Indian
<br />River County Code; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County on Tuesday, August 18, 1992, at 9:05 a.m. held a public
<br />hearing with regard to the special assessments, at that time the public
<br />hearing was continued until Tuesday, September 1, 1992, at which time
<br />the public hearing was continued once again until Tuesday, September
<br />8, 1992,

<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County has, by Resolution No. 92-106, adopted July 21, 1992,

<br />determined to make special assessments against certain properties in
<br />' '
<br />Glendale Lakes Subdivision (North of 8th Street to 10th Street) to be
<br />C?
<br />serviced a water main extension of the County; and
<br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said

<br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published on July 27, 1992, as
<br />required by Section 11-52, Indian River County Code; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County passed Resolution No. 92-107, on July 21, 1992, which set a
<br />time and place for a public hearing at which the owners of the
<br />properties to be assessed and other interested persons would have the
<br />chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and
<br />said special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by
<br />Section 11-53, Indian River County Code; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was
<br />published in the Press Journal Newspaper on Tuesday, July 28, 1992,
