BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the millage as adopted herein shall be <br />filed in the Office of the County Auditor and in the Public Records; and the <br />County Auditor shall transmit forthwith a certified copy of this resolution to <br />the Property Appraiser for Indian River County, to the Tax Collector for <br />Indian River County, and to the Department of Revenue of the State of <br />Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bi rd , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Bowman , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert <br />Absent <br />Vice Chairman Margaret C. Bowman <br />Aye <br />Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr. <br />Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird <br />Aye <br />Commissioner John W.
