<br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEN*NTS IN THE KINGS
<br />MUSIC LANDS SUBDIVISION, LOTS 23 & 24, BLOCK
<br />3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED
<br />IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
<br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
<br />purposes,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing
<br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, FloriBda 32960, Grantor,
<br />to
<br />Larry Bass & Barbara Bass, his wife, their successors in interest,
<br />heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is 8664 64th Court, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida 32967, Grantee, as follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />the common three (3) foot side lot utility and
<br />drainage easements of Lots 23 & 24, Block 3, Kings
<br />Music Lands Subdivision, being the northerly three
<br />(3) feet of Lot 23, and the southerly three, (3)
<br />feet of Lot 24, Section 17, Township 32 South,
<br />Range 39 East, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 17,
<br />of the Public Records of Indian River County,
<br />Florida.
<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
<br />Bird _, seconded by Commissioner Scurlock , and
<br />adopted on the 22nd day of September , 1992, by the
<br />following vote:
