<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE TROPICAL
<br />VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, LOTS 11 A 13, BLOCK 7,
<br />ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT
<br />BOOK 4, PAGE 94 1/2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
<br />purposes,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing
<br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, G.rairtor, to
<br />Robert E. Albright, Jr. his successors, in interest, -heirs and
<br />assigns, whose mailing address is 754 Martin Lane, Sebastian,
<br />Florida 32958, Grantee, as follow:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />the common three (3) foot side lot utility and
<br />drainage easements of Lots it & 13, Block 7,
<br />Tropical Village Estates, being the southerly three
<br />(3) feet of Lot 11, and the northerly three (3)
<br />feet of Lot 13, Section 24, Township 31 South,
<br />Range 38 East as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 94
<br />1/2, -of the Public Records of Indian River County,
<br />Florida.
<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
<br />Bird ', seconded by Commissioner Scurlok_ . and
<br />adopted on the 22nd day of September , 1992, by the
<br />following vote:
