Tourist Staff person, to the extent <br />that such Staff person works on <br />matters dealing with tourist <br />programs. <br />S. Chamber agrees that no revenues received from <br />Council will be Utilized for the following listed programs: <br />S. Travel writers program. <br />b. Office supplies and equipment. <br />6. Council agrees that Chamber may allocate <br />revenues to programs listed above In paragraph 4 in whatever <br />proportion they see fit. <br />7. Chamber agrees to make written and oral <br />quarterly reports to Council on the utilization of revenues <br />for the programs being funded by Tourist Development Tax <br />revenues, the resUlts of.progrems and other matters related <br />and/or requested by Council, including the percentage of <br />calls on the citrus toll free number which are tourist <br />related. <br />6. Reports by.Chambers to Council on expenditures <br />and activities related to Tourist Development Tax revenues <br />will be limited to matters supported to -programs supported <br />by those faVenUes and shall not Include reports on <br />additional ectivltles and expenditures which are supported <br />and funded by the membership of the Chamber of Commerce or <br />any of Its divisions. <br />!, All revenues- received from the Tourist <br />Development Council shall be maintained in a separate <br />account in a bank to be designated by Chamber with the <br />account to be audited by the Chamber accounting firm at the <br />end of each Chamber fiscal year with reports of the audit to <br />be presented to Council at their next quarterly meeting <br />following the audit. <br />10. The Chairman of the County Tourist <br />Development Council will serve as an ex -officio member of <br />the Tourist Council of. Vero Beach -Indian River County <br />Chamber of Cow6res and *111 receive notices and minutes of <br />all Board meetings. which will Include hil decisions made <br />and suthoel2stlon of expenditures. <br />116 the Board of Directors of the Vero Beach - <br />Indlan River County Chamber of Commerce will be the ultimate <br />authority Ih all activities of the Indian River County <br />Tourist Counell, appoint the 12 -Member Board of Directors, <br />and maintain control of the funds and account for same. The <br />diltrlbututlon of funds (s limited to the activities <br />designated above In paragraph 4. <br />12. Reports on expenditures and programs are <br />understood and Intended to be the basis for developing <br />future ToUflst bevelopment Plans beypnd the Initial two year <br />Tourist DeVelopment plan. <br />
