E. 1995 Planning Grant Invoice #1 -- Progress Report & Reimbursement <br />Invoice <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 4/21/95: <br />TO: James E. Ke t g, AIS <br />Community Deve opme t Director <br />FROM: Sasan Rohani, AICP 5;./?. <br />Chief, Long -Range Planning <br />DATE: April 21, 1995 <br />RE: PROGRESS REPORT & REIMBURSEMENT INVOICE <br />1995 PLANNING GRANT INVOICE #1 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of May 2, 1995. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />It is required, as -part of the Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) <br />Planning Grant contract between the Indian River County Board of <br />County Commissioners (BCC) as the Designated Official Planning <br />Agency (DOPA) and the State of Florida Commission for the <br />Transportation Disadvantaged (CTD), that periodic progress reports <br />and reimbursement invoices be submitted. To comply with the CTD's <br />requirements, staff has prepared a progress report and invoice for <br />the period from January 1, 1995 to March 31, 1995. <br />For the 1995 planning grant period, the invoice and progress report <br />represent the first submittal. This progress report and applicable <br />finished products, such as the Local Coordinating Board (LCB) <br />meeting agenda items, by-laws, etc., are required to accompany all <br />reimbursement invoices. <br />Attached for your review is a copy of draft invoice #1 and the <br />progress report. This report, along with the appropriate <br />supporting documents, will be submitted to the CTD upon the Board <br />of County Commissioners/DOPA approval. <br />On April 20, 1995, the Transportation Disadvantaged Local <br />Coordinating Board (TDLCB) reviewed and approved the attached <br />progress report and invoice. At that time, the TDLCB recommended <br />that the Board of County Commissioners, in its capacity as the <br />Transportation Disadvantaged Program Designated Official Planning <br />Agency (DOPA), approve the attached progress report and invoice and <br />forward these to the CTD. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Attached is a copy of the progress report and invoice for the <br />January 1, 1995 to March 31, 1995 period. <br />7 BOOK 94 F.1Gr. 970 tJ <br />MAY 2 1995 <br />
