<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA ABANDONING
<br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION UNIT NO -
<br />3, LOTS 11, 12 & 13, BLOCK G, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
<br />THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 19 OF THE PUBLIC
<br />RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
<br />purpose,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing
<br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
<br />Joseph.J. King, Jr., Grantee, his successors, in interest, heirs
<br />and assigns, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 650463, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida 32965-0463, as follow:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />the common five (5) side lot utility and drainage
<br />easements of Lots 11, 12 & 13, Block G, Oslo Park
<br />Subdivision Unit No. 3, being the easterly five (5)
<br />feet of Lot 11, and the easterly and the westerly
<br />five (5) feet of Lot 12, and the westerly five (5)
<br />feet of Lot 13, according to the plat thereof as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 19 of the Public
<br />Records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
<br />Scurlock , seconded by Commissioner Bowman , and
<br />adopted on the 3 day of November , 1992, by the following
<br />vote:
