0 <br />3. If a check, warrant, or other orders for the payment of <br />money drawn in the Commission's name exceeds the sum of three <br />thousand dollars ($3,000), said designated depositories are authorized <br />and directed to honor checks, warrants, or other orders for payment <br />of money drawn in the Commission's name, only when such check, <br />warrant, or other orders for payment of money bears the facsimile <br />signature of the Chairman and Clerk of the Circuit Court and further <br />bears the original signature of either the Chairman, Vice Chairman, <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court, or Deputy Clerk, listed below. Said <br />actual and facsimile signatures appear below: <br />(1) Jeffrey K. Barton <br />Clerk of Circuit Court <br />(2) <br />Cynthia Gatt <br />Deputy Clerk <br />(3) <br />Mary Louise Scheidt <br />Deputy Clerk <br />(4) <br />Chairman <br />(5) <br />Vice Chairman <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above named signatories are <br />hereby authorized to execute any and all signature cards and <br />agreements as requested by the respective banking institutions <br />designated as official depositories by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of facsimile signatures <br />is as authorized by Section 116.34, Florida Statutes, the "Uniform <br />Facsimile Signature of Public Officials Act." <br />The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br />Bird and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />T i p p i n , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />
