Public Hearing (Third Reso.) 11/17/92(legal)Vk/DC <br />j AECQ V BA% -04 0 <br />004* <br />CI.ERK C RH? <br />rINDII►N Fo <br />t <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-�� <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN <br />CONNECTION WITH PHASE II OF THE WATER MAIN <br />EXTENSION GROWTH PLAN AND PROVIDING FOR -4 <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF <br />RECORD. CP <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has, by Resolution No. 92-190, adopted October 27, 1992, <br />determined to make special assessments against certain properties to be <br />serviced by Phase II of the Water Main Extension Growth Plan of the <br />County; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said <br />special assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are <br />to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published on November 2, 1992, as <br />required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County passed Resolution No. 92-191, on October 27, 1992, which set a <br />time and place for a public hearing at which the owners of the <br />properties to be assessed and other interested persons would have the <br />A, <br />J chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and <br />sa said special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by <br />`�', Section 206.07, Indian River County Code; and <br />cj� WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was <br />published in the Press Journal Newspaper on Thursday, November 5, <br />' 1992, and Thursday, November 12, 1992 (twice one week apart; the last <br />;� <br />c `_7 being at least one week prior to the hearing), as required by Section <br />206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least <br />ten days prior to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian <br />River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County on Tuesday, December 8, 1992, at 9:05 a.m. conducted the <br />public hearing with regard to the special assessments, <br />
