He described traffic issues because this project is located in an area of <br />large tracts of land to be developed both in the county and within the city limits of Sebastian. He <br />used an aerial photograph (copy on file with the backup) to discuss the School Board’s concerns <br />for safety due to the proximity of both the Sebastian River High School and the Liberty Magnet <br />School and the many projects planned for that area.
