RESOLUTION NO. 90- 15 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of facsimile <br />signatures is as authorized by Section 116.34, Florida <br />Statutes, the "Uniform Facsimile Signature of Public <br />Officials Act." <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by <br />Commissioner Scurlock___, and the motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner _Bird____ and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K.
