1/23/90(LEGAL)Reso2(VCk) <br />RESOLUTION N0, 90- 18 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, REESTABLISHING THE TRANS- <br />PORTATION PLANNING COMMITTEE; <br />REPEALING PRIOR RESOLUTIONS NOS. <br />81-81, 87-46, and 90-11. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. Creation—and—Membership—of—Committee <br />There is hereby established the Transportation Planning <br />Committee for Indian River County to be composed of eleven <br />voting members and ten nonvoting technical members as <br />follows: <br />NONTECHNICAL VOTING MEMBERS: <br />A member of the Indian River County Board of <br />County Commissioners and one alternate from <br />the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners <br />One member of the City of Vero Beach City <br />Council and one alternate either from the <br />Council or a technical designee, at the <br />discretion of the Council <br />One member of the City of Sebastian City <br />Council and one alternate either from the <br />Council or a technical designee, at the <br />discretion of the Council <br />One member of the City of Felismere City <br />Council and one alternate either from the <br />Council or a technical designee, at the <br />discretion of the Council <br />One member of the Town of Indian River Shores <br />Town Council and one alternate either from <br />the Council or a technical designee, at the <br />discretion of the Council <br />One member of the Town of Orchid Town Council <br />and one alternate either from the Council or <br />a technical designee, at the discretion of <br />the Council <br />One member of the Indian River County School <br />Board and one alternate from the Indian River <br />County School Board <br />One member of the Gifford area and one <br />alternate of the Gifford area <br />One member from Traffic Impact Fee Districts <br />Nos, 6, 8, and 9, to be appointed by the <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />TECHNICAL NONVOTING MEMBERS: <br />-------------------------- <br />One member of Indian River Farms Water <br />Management District <br />
