1/24/90(ENG)MAT\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90- 27 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 8TH AVENUE SOUTH OF 2ND <br />STREET TO SOUTH RELIEF CANAL IN INDIAN <br />RIVER HEIGHTS, UNIT 8 <br />WHEREAS, on January 16, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-6 providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 8th Avenue south of 2nd <br />Street to South Relief Canal in Indian River Heights, Unit 8; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 23, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-13 setting the date and <br />time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and <br />amount of the assessment against each property owner; and <br />WHEREAS, this hearing was held on February 27, 1990 and <br />no complaints were heard at public hearing, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to 8th Avenue South of 2nd Street to South <br />Relief Canal in Indian River Heights, Unit 8 is approved, <br />pursuant to Section 11-47, Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian <br />River County. <br />Scurlock The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />who moved its adoption.
