WHEREAS, on January 16, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-9 providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 13th Avenue from 2nd Street <br />to 4th Street in Indian River Heights, Unit 6; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 23, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-13 setting the date and <br />time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and <br />amount of the assessment against each property owner; and <br />WHEREAS, this hearing was held on February 27, 1990 and <br />no complaints were heard at public hearing, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to 13th Avenue from 2nd Street to 4th <br />Street in Indian River Heights, Unit 6 is approved, pursuant to <br />Section 11-47, Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River <br />County. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Wheeler who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Bowman and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />
