SPECIAL MEETING <br />May 15, 1995 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Special Session in County Commission Chambers, 1840 <br />25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Monday, May 15, 1995, at 5:01 <br />p.m. Present were Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman; Fran B. Adams, Vice <br />Chairman; Richard N. Bird; Carolyn K. Eggert; and John W. Tippin. <br />Also present were James E. Chandler, County Administrator; Charles <br />P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and P. J. Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATION AMENDMENTS <br />The hour of 5:01 P.M. having passed, the County Attorney <br />announced that this public hearing has been properly advertised as <br />follows: <br />P.O.
