APPLICABLE: Single phase temporary service used primarily for construction purposes. LIMITATION OF SERVICE: Service is limited to construction poles and services installed under the TUG program. Construction poles are limited to a maximum of 70 amperes. at 240 volts for construction poles. Larger (non -TUG) services and three phase service entrances must be served under the appropriate rate schedule, plus the cost of installing and removing the temporary facilities is required. MONTHLY RATE: Basic Service Charge: $.18.06 Energy and Demand Charge: 5.4480 per kWh MINIMUM.CHARGE* The Basic Service Charge, FUEL CHARGE: See Sheet Nos. 6.020 and 6.021. MISCELLANEOUS A Temporary Service Charge of $260.00 shall be paid upon application' for the recovery of costs associated with providing, installing, and removing the company's temporary service facilities for construction poles. Where the Company is required to provide additional facilities other than a service drop or connection .point to the Company's existing distribution system, the customer shall also pay, in advance; for the est irnated cost of providing, installing and removing such additional facilities, excluding the cost, of any portion of these facilities which will remain as a part of the permanent service.
