<br /> <br />Meeting Minutes – Final August 18, 2020 <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />Attachments:Public Discussion Request TCCH <br />Steven Hellyer, Acting Director of Operations for Treasure Coast Community <br />Health (TCCH), appeared before the Board with an update on the organization's <br />free, drive-through COVID-19 testing program. Mr. Hellyer recounted that <br />when TCCH had outgrown its prior testing sites, they were able to partner with <br />the County's Recreation Department to stage drive-through testing at the <br />County Fairgrounds. He thanked several staff members for their assistance in <br />helping to make the program a success. <br /> <br />Commissioner O'Bryan entered into discussion with Mr. Hellyer regarding the <br />number of tests being conducted. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Flescher praised TCCH's service to the community. <br />No Action Taken or Required <br />Request to Speak from Jeffrey Andros re: Complaint Against Code <br />10.B.2. 20-1868 <br />Enforcement <br />No action required <br />Recommended Action: <br /> <br />Speaker not present. <br />No Action Taken or Required <br />10.B.3. 20-1869 Request to speak from Paula Alejandra Manrique re: Mask Mandate <br />No action required <br />Recommended Action: <br /> <br />Attachments:Request to Speak <br />Paula Alejandra Manrique appeared before the Board to express her <br />disappointment that the July 14, 2020 County-wide mask mandate did not <br />receive approval from the Board.
