Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final September 15, 2020 <br />they needed replaced immediately to move the water into the canal more <br />rapidly._ Director Szpyrka confirmed that staff had been exploring ways to <br />improve the drainage in Sections 1-4 of Pine Tree Park without spending <br />money on an in depth drainage study. <br />Commissioner Zorc and Commissioner O'Bryan felt that the best option for the <br />Pine Tree Park community was to form a stormwater drainage district to <br />generate recurring funding for improvements as resources became available. <br />County Attorney Dylan Reingold agreed to assist County Administrator Jason <br />Brown and Director Szpyrka in compiling the necessary paperwork to form a <br />stormwater drainage district for the property owners in Pine Tree Park. <br />Referred to Staff <br />D.
