Per Rule 27P-6.006
of the Florida Administrative Code, county CEMPs are required to be updated and reviewed by the Florida Division of
Emergency Management at a minimum of every four years.
The Emergency Management Division has completed the required 2020 updates for the CEMP; and, in a letter dated
May 15, 2020, was notified by the Florida Division of Emergency Management that their review team has determined
that Indian River County's plan meets the CEMP compliance criteria.
