SPENCER, P.E. <br />Per Indian River County Ordinance 930.07(2)(i)(1)(a), we hereby request that the Board of County <br />Commissioners grant a waiver from cut and fill provisions of this chapter. As the project is located <br />in the area of the Indian River Lagoon and is situated an estuarine environment, the impact upon <br />the displacement of flood waters is expected to be negligible. Fill calculations within the floodplain <br />are shown on the following page. The development project will meet all other requirements of the <br />stormwater management and flood protection chapter and will not create a material adverse impact <br />on flood protection on other lands in the estuarine environment. <br />Your attention to this matter is appreciated.
