CC 10. 13.20 <br />Office of <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Dylan Reingold, County Attorney <br />DATE: October 6, 2020 <br />SUBJECT: 16th Street Ballfields and the Jimmy Graves Foundation <br />BACKGROUND. <br />ATTORNEY <br />On June 23, 2020, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners (the "Board") authorized the <br />County to file a lawsuit concerning the above -referenced matter. In the interim period, the parties have <br />had negotiations concerning settling the dispute. Unfortunately, the parties have not been able to resolve <br />the matter and the County has given notice of its intent to file suit in the early part of November.
