Chandler, <br />County Administrator <br />THROUGH: James W. Davis, P.E., C <br />Public Works Director <br />FROM: Don G. Donaldson, P.E., <br />Coastal Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Indian River County/Vero Beach PEP Reef - Monitoring Program <br />DATE: May 10, 1995 <br />J. Smith, with the USACOE Coastal Engineer Research Center (CERC), is completing <br />the test plan pursuant the DEP requirements. The test plan includes beach surveys, wave <br />and currents analysis and biological surveys. Most of the data collection is to be <br />performed by the Florida Institute of Technology. CERC will be providing project <br />oversight, data analysis and the prepay tion of all reports. <br />Staff expects to have a completed an <br />Commission meeting. CERC's initial cc <br />excess of $1.0 million dollars.
