ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The attached developers agreement betwe <br />for the developer donating sufficient road <br />for purchasing the asphalt to widen Old I <br />are as follows: <br />Alternative No. 1 <br />Approve the developer's <br />Highway. <br />BOOK 95 64 <br />Atlantic Coast Enterprises and the County provides <br />ht -of -way and paying a Traffic Impact Fee to be used <br />ie Highway to two lanes. The alternatives presented <br />to authorize the widening of Old Dixie <br />Alternative No. 2 <br />Deny approval of the developer's agreement and allow the mining trucks to <br />operate traveling both directions oi an existing one lane road.
