SMITH, CLERK <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020 -086 <br />Housing Advisory Committee meetings and provide input. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee voting membership shall be modified as <br />identified in Exhibit "A" attached to this resolution, adding one (1) Board of County <br />Commissioner as a member and removing the one (1) representative from the Town of <br />Orchid. <br />2. Vacancies in membership shall be filled as noted in Exhibit "A". <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner O' Bryan and seconded by <br />Commissioner Zorc , and, being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Susan Adams, Chairman <br />AYE <br />Joseph E. Flescher, Vice Chairman <br />AYE <br />Tim Zorc, Commissioner <br />AYE <br />Peter D.
