<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 12th day of November , 2020, between the
<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT, an independent special district created
<br />by the Legislature of the State of Florida, whose address is 3730 7th Terrace, Suite 204-B, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida 32960, GRANTOR, and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of
<br />the State of Florida, whose address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, GRANTEE,
<br />WITNESSETH: That GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars other
<br />good and valuable consideration to GRANTOR in hand paid by GRANTEE, the receipt of which
<br />is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the GRANTEE, and GRANTEE'S
<br />successors and assigns forever, the following described right-of-way, situate, lying, and being in
<br />Indian River County, Florida, including the drainage infrastructure located within the right-of-
<br />way, along with the maintenance thereof, with the ultimate treatment of the drainage from the
<br />right-of-way remaining the responsibility of the Indian River County Hospital District:
<br />361 Street right-of-way, known as Indian River Memorial Hospital Access
<br />Road, as platted in Plat Book 10, Page 42 of the Public Records of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, attached hereto.
<br />AND GRANTOR does hereby fully warrant the title to the land described herein and will
<br />defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />IN WITNESS THEREOF, the Indian River County Hospital District, has caused these
<br />presents to be signed by its Chairwoman and attested to by its Secretary, this C day of
