RESOLUTION NO. 2016 - <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner who <br />moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner and, <br />upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Bob Solari <br />Vice -Chairman Joseph E. Flescher <br />Commissioner Wesley S.
