ATTORNEY 13 On September 13, 2011; the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2011-072, which appointed the County Attorney's Office to monitor member terms of certain committees. Specifically, the resolution requires that (1) on approximately October 15 of each year, the County Attorney's Office shall contact all board appointed committee members whose terms will expire in the following January, and determine whether those members want to be considered for reappointment, and (2) at the last Board meeting in November of each year, the County Attorney's Office shall present to the Board a list of all committee members requesting reappointment — at which time the Board will reappoint members from the list as it deems appropriate. Thereafter, on approximately December 1 st of each year, a list of committee vacancies will be created and posted on the County website, and the Board will make appointments to fill the vacancies no later than the following January 15th The County Attorney's Office has contacted committee members whose term will expire in January 2017. Attached to this memorandum is a list of those members who have requested reappointment. The Board should now review the list and make such reappointments as it deems appropriate.
