COMPLEX DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br />Project No: IRC -1760 <br />IRC Bid No. 2019005 <br />You are notified that the Contract Times under the above contract will commence to run on <br />By that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the Contract Documents. The contract <br />has allocated 180 calendar days for Substantial Completion of this project and 120 calendar days for <br />Final Completion. In accordance with Article 3.2 of the Agreement the date of Substantial Completion <br />is and the date of readiness for final payment is <br />CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all insurance <br />required under "Instructions to Bidder, General Terms and Conditions" and such insurance has been <br />delivered to the OWNER and approved by the OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any <br />Subcontractor to commence work on his subcontract until all similar insurance required of the <br />Subcontractor has been 'so obtained and approved. All such insurance shall remain in effect until final <br />payment and at all times thereafter when CONTRACTOR may be correcting, removing or replacing <br />defective Work in accordance with Article 6 of the Agreement. <br />Also, before you may start any Work at the Site, you must: <br />(add other requirements, if applicable) <br />
