Schoenfeld and Heath Schoenfeld, wife and husband) <br />A Resolution has been prepared for the purpose of earmarking the public use of the <br />property and cancelling any delinquent, omitted or current taxes which may exist on the <br />following property purchased by Indian River County: <br />Public Purpose: right-of-way at southeast corner of 58th Avenue and <br />37th Street <br />Location/Description: Portion of Parcel 32-39-33-00001-0000-00019.0 <br />Purchased from: Jennifer L. Schoenfeld and Heath Schoenfeld, wife <br />and husband <br />Instrument: Warranty Deed recorded in O.R. Book <br />3349, Page 1210 <br />FUNDING: <br />There is no cost associated with this item. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authorize the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to execute the <br />Resolution to cancel certain taxes upon the property purchased by Indian River County <br />fora public purpose, and the Clerk to send a certified copy of the Resolution to the Tax <br />51 <br />
