Blum, the owners of the property, have made an application to Indian River County requesting that the County release the easement, or portion thereof, and WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, or portion thereof, as described below, serves no public purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easement: to release the east ten (10) feet of the west twenty-five (25) foot landscape buffer easement of Lot 34, Arbor Trace Phase 1 PD, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 1 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner 0' Bryan , seconded by Commissioner Earman , and adopted on the 5 th day of January 52021, by the following vote: Chairman Joseph E.
