3120210005107 RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF JEFFREY R SMITH, CLERK OF COURT INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FL RESOLUTION NO. 2021 - 002 Bk: 3380 PG: 2395 Page 1 of 2 1/25/2021 4:16 PM A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, - FLORIDA, -RELEASING -AN --------EASEMENT LOCATED AT 4400 77TH STREET, HOBART ESTATES SUBDIVISION UNIT 1 WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage easement located at 4400 77th Street; and WHEREAS, 63rd Street Group, LLC, the owner of the property, has made an application to Indian River County requesting that the County release the easement; and WHEREAS, the retention of the easement as described below serves no public purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easement: to release the north twenty-five (25) foot surface drainage easement on Lots 1 through S, Hobart Estates Unit No. 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 20 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner ^0' Bryan , seconded by Commissioner Earman , and adopted on the 5 th day of January , 2021, by the following vote: Chairman Joseph E.
