Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes- Final October 6, 2020 <br /> Attachments: Staff Report <br /> Proposed BCC Meeting Dates <br /> County Administrator Jason Brown presented the proposed 2021 Board of County <br /> Commission meeting dates. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner O'Bryan,seconded by Vice Chairman Flescher, <br /> to approve the Board of County Commission 2021 Meeting Dates as presented. The <br /> motion carried by the following vote: <br /> Aye: 5- Chairman Adams, Vice Chairman Flescher, Commissioner Zorc, Commissioner <br /> O'Bryan, and Commissioner Solari <br /> 12. DEPARTMENTAL MATTERS <br /> A. Community Development <br /> 12.A.1. 20-1999 Consideration of Amendment 1 to Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF)Agreement <br /> with Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC) <br /> Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the First <br /> Amendment to the CRF Agreement with the FHFC <br /> Attachments: Staff Report <br /> Amendment 1 to CRF Agreement <br /> Community Development Director Phil Matson presented Amendment l to the <br /> Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) agreement, and informed that the County was <br /> distributing CRF funds to qualified homeowners and renters who were <br /> delinquent on their mortgage or rent payments due to effects from the <br /> coronavirus. This amendment would provide the County an additional <br /> $300,919 in funds for distribution. <br /> Commissioner O'Bryan received additional information on the demand for <br /> relief, and the amount of time staff spent assisting residents with the application <br /> process. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner O'Bryan, seconded by Vice Chairman <br /> Flescher, to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the <br /> following vote: <br /> Aye: 5- Chairman Adams,Vice Chairman Flescher, Commissioner Zorc, Commissioner <br /> O'Bryan, and Commissioner Solari <br /> B.
