Matson, AICP; Community Development Director <br />FROM: Bill Schutt, AICP; Chief, Long Range Planning <br />DATE: September 11, 2020 <br />SUBJECT: Notice of Scheduled Public Hearing for Upcoming Board Meeting <br />It is requested that the following information be given formal consideration by the Board of <br />County Commissioners at its regular meeting of September 22, 2020. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Please be advised that the following public hearing item has been scheduled for Board <br />consideration: <br />October 6. 2020 <br />Consideration of an Ordinance to Amend County Code Section 308.07, (Creation of the Indian <br />River County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee) of Chapter 308 (Indian River County <br />Local Housing Assistance Program) of the Code of Indian River County, to modify the <br />Directive/Responsibilities and Membership Requirements of the Affordable Housing Advisory <br />Committee to be consistent with recent State Statute modifications; and Providing for <br />codification; severability; conflict of ordinances; and effective date of the ordinance. <br />[Legislative] <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The above referenced public hearing item is. provided for the Board's information.
