3. Land Use Designation: LD -1 (Low Density Residential up to 3 <br />units per acre) <br />4. Building Area: 455 square feet <br />5. Traffic Circulation: The project will utilize an existing <br />unpaved drive to access 77th Street. This driveway serves an <br />existing residence on the site. The applicant has indicated <br />the residence will be removed. Note: the residence is <br />outside the designed fall radius of the tower. <br />6. Off -Street Parking Required: 1 space <br />Provided: 1 space <br />7. Stormwater Management: The Stormwater Management Plan has <br />been approved by the Public Works Department, and a Type "A" <br />stormwater permit has been issued.. <br />8. Landscape Plan: The landscape plan is in conformance with <br />Ordinance #84-47 and applicable special exception criteria <br />relating to buffering. <br />9. Utilities: The project will not be serviced by sanitary <br />facilities. <br />10. Dedications and Improvements: This section of 77th Street is <br />bounded on the south by a drainage district canal and is <br />designated as a minor arterial which requires a minimum of <br />100' of right-of-way. Currently 45' of road right-of-way <br />exists for 77th Street. The applicant has agreed to -dedicate <br />15' of property to bring 77th Street up to the 60' local road <br />standard as required in the site plan ordinance. The appli- <br />cant has agreed to keep :any and all required site improve- <br />ments out of the ultimate 77th Street right-of-way. <br />11. Special Exception Criteria: <br />The designed fall radius of the tower i.s depicted on the <br />site plan and does not impact adjacent uses or the <br />existing residence on site. <br />�. A certified, signed and sealed statement from a Florida <br />Registered Professional Engineer states that the tower <br />would collapse within the designed and specified fall <br />radius depicted on the plans. <br />In. no c s shall thea a.l.1 radius (110% of height <br />a i encroach upon exist- <br />ing off-site structures or residentially zoned property. <br />The distance of any guy anchorage or similar device <br />shall be at least ten (10) fee from any property line. <br />Suitable protective anti -climb fencing and a landscape <br />planting screening shall be provided and maintained <br />around the structure and accessory attachments. Where <br />the first 50' of a tower is visible to the public, the <br />applicant shall provide one canopy tree (oak, pine, <br />etc.) per 3,000 square feet of the designated fall <br />radius. <br />f. All accessory structures shall be subject to the height <br />restrictions provided in Section 25(a), height ex- <br />ceptions. <br />g. If voltage of more than two hundred twenty (220) volts <br />is necessary for the operation of the facility and is <br />present in a ground grid or in the tower, signs located <br />every twenty (20) feet and attached to the fence or wall <br />shall display in large bold letters the following: <br />"HIGH VOLTAGE - DANGER." <br />h.
